Recipe for a delicious Tandoori-flavored vegetable Biryani Ingredients: 3 teaspoons of Tandoori from AYur-vana.
Mix of fresh vegetables (such as cauliflower, carrots, green beans, peas, green peppers).
Basmati rice.
1 teaspoon of olive oil.
Preperation :- Cook the rice as directed on its packaging.
- Steam the vegetables.
- In a frying pan or wok mix the olive oil and the tandoori of AYur-vana.
- Add the rice and let sauté for a few minutes.
- At the end of cooking, add the small steamed vegetables and let them soak up the rice / spices mixture for a few minutes.
Serve hot.
